We do not ship to PO boxes.

If you are working with a tight deadline, we strongly recommend contacting our team before placing your order so we can advise on the most suitable production and shipping options.
Pick-Up
Local pickup can be arranged at our studio:
136 Winges Rd, Unit #8
Vaughan, ON L4L 6C3
Pickup availability must be scheduled in advance.
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and shipping method selected.
Additional charges may apply for oversized or overweight shipments or for deliveries to remote areas not covered by standard courier services.
Taxes
Applicable provincial sales tax will be charged based on the shipping destination.
Delivery Time (Post-Production)
All delivery timelines are estimates only and do not include production time. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding federal and provincial statutory holidays.
Damaged Goods & Delivery Issues
All orders must be inspected upon receipt. Any issues related to damaged goods or missing items must be reported within 1–2 business days of delivery.
POVPRINTS will review all claims on a case-by-case basis. Responsibility for damages or delays will be assessed at POVPRINTS’ sole discretion. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers; however, we will assist in tracking and communication with the carrier when needed.
In all cases, POVPRINTS’ liability is limited to the replacement of the affected goods only and will not exceed the original cost of the items supplied. No additional costs, losses, or damages will be covered under any circumstance.
