We don’t ship to PO boxes.

If you have a tight shipping timeline, it is always best to consult our customer service reps at the beginning of the order process, we will recommend the best options for you.

Delivery Costs

The cost of shipping your order will depend on your order size, the weight, the location, & shipping service used. 
Additional shipping charges may apply to oversize or overweight items and to remote areas not covered by standard shipping service.

Taxes

The provincial sales tax of the ‘ship to’ address will apply.

Delivery Time (After the Production)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed (It does not include the production time); unexpected delays in processes or shipping can occur, and inclement weather can be a factor. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, please note that deliveries are not available on federal and provincial statutory holidays.

Damaged Goods and Late Deliveries

Please notify us within 1-2 business day of receiving the goods if there are any damages.

Our goal is to keep our customer’s happy, we will evaluate any claim and it will be at Povprint's sole discretion to assess the responsibility for the damages or late delivery. Povprints is not responsible for delays, lost goods or damages caused by the freight carrier but will assist in tracking shipments. In all cases, Povprint's liability will be limited to replacing the goods supplied by Povprints and not exceed those costs in any circumstance, no additional cost or loss will be covered.
