What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

  • Our minimum order quantity is 15 pieces per design.

  • If you’re looking to test a design or need a one-off, sample options are available upon request.

How many colours can you print?

For screen printing, we can print:

    • Up to 12 colours on dark garments

    • Up to 14 colours on light garments

  • For DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing, there are no colour limitations. Full-colour artwork, gradients, and detailed designs can be printed on both light and dark garments.

What is your turnaround time?

  • Screen printing: 5–7 business days after artwork approval and order confirmation

  • Rush orders: Available upon request

  • Manufacturing / cut & sew: Typically 10 - 14 business days, depending on project scope

  • Once all required details are received, we provide a clear and accurate production timeline.

What artwork files do you require?

Preferred file formats:

    • Vector files (.AI)

    • Photoshop files (.PSD) at 300 DPI or higher

    • High-quality PNG files (case-by-case)

  • If your artwork isn’t print-ready, our in-house graphic design team can assist with preparing or recreating files for production.

Can I mix garment colours, styles, and sizes in one order?

  • Yes, you can mix colours, styles, and sizes within the same order for both printing and embroidery.

  • We can also:

    • Print on customer-supplied garments

    • Recommend industry-standard blanks at competitive pricing

  • Popular brands include Gildan, M&O, ATC, Shakawear, Nissi Caps, and custom cut & sew options.

  • Please note: XXL and larger sizes may carry a slight upcharge.

Do prices decrease for larger orders?

  • Yes, unit pricing decreases as quantity increases.

  • We’re happy to provide multiple quantity options so you can compare pricing and choose what works best for your budget.

What size should my screen print be?

  • For adult t-shirts:

    • Front or back print: 10”–12” wide

    • Left or right chest: Approximately 4” wide

  • For women’s and youth garments, print sizes are adjusted to ensure proper fit and proportion.

Can I supply my own garments?

  • Yes, customer-supplied garments are accepted.

  • However, due to distributor pricing, we can often provide the same or better garments at a lower cost. Contact us and we’ll help you compare options.
