Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds in dollar value—any approved refund will be issued as store credit only.
Payment Terms

Pickup Orders: A 50% deposit is required upfront upon receiving the invoice. The remaining balance must be paid in full at pickup. *Subject to change*

Shipped Orders: Full payment (100%) is required upon receiving the invoice.
Client-Supplied Garments
Povprints is not responsible for any portion of an order where the client provides their own garments. This includes both the garment itself and the print. If we do not supply the garment, we do not offer warranties or guarantees.
Cancellations & Order Changes

Once an order has been confirmed and is in process, cancellations will not be accepted. If a cancellation is approved, the customer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any additional charges for services already rendered.

Any costs incurred by Povprints before a cancellation is accepted will be invoiced.

Changes to orders after the mockup has been approved but before production may incur additional costs.
Shipping & Returns

All original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Print Allowance
Due to the manual nature of the printing process, minor variations in placement may occur. We allow for a 3% margin of error (approximately 1 inch). Any print that is misaligned by 1 inch or less in any direction is not considered a defect and will not be eligible for a refund or reprint.
